The tea-time kick off in the Premier League sees Cardiff City take on Crystal Palace.

For Cardiff, the equation is simple: a loss, and they are relegated. A draw, and they need Brighton to lose to take their fight to the final day of the season. A win, and if Brighton fail to win, then the relegation battle will go down to the wire. Meanwhile, Palace are in a 4-team battle to finish 11th – remember, each place comes with prize money.

The match kicks off at 5.30pm and it is live on BT Sport 1. Here are the factz you need to know:

  • Cardiff have lost 8 of their past 10 league matches – but they have won the other two.
  • Palace have won 4 and lost 4 of their last 10 PL matches.
  • The Bluebirds are slow starters – they’ve scored just 9 goals in the first half of matches this season.
  • The Eagles are great away from home – they’ve won 16 points on their travels in 2019 – only Manchester City have won more in the PL.
  • Only Huddersfield have scored fewer than Cardiff’s 30 goals this season.

* If Mo Salah scores it will be his 20th league goal of the season. Only Robbie Fowler and Luis Suarez have scored at least 20 goals in successive PL seasons.

There are three Premier League matches kicking off at 7.45pm tonight, involving several clubs that are in, or just outside of, the relegation zone.

Here are the factz you need to know:

Cardiff City v Everton

  • Cardiff haven’t beaten Everton in a league match since 1956. However, Everton haven’t beaten Cardiff in Cardiff since 1929.

  • However, Everton’s problems are at the other end of the pitch, having scored just 3 goals in their past 5 PL matches.

Huddersfield Town v Wolverhampton Wanderers

  • Raul Jimenez is the man Huddersfield need to stop. The Wolves forward has scored 10 goals and provided 5 assists this season.
  • Huddersfield have lost their last 7 in the PL – the record number of consecutive defeats in the Premier League is 10, held by Sunderland in 2003 and 2005.

Leicester City v Brighton & Hove Albion

  • The sides drew 1-1 at the Amex Stadium earlier in the season, with Jamie Vardy equalising for the Foxes in the 79th minute – and after James Maddison had been sent off after 28 minutes.
