Premier League clubs Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are all considering making a bid for Real Madrid star Isco this summer as his relationship with the club continues to deteriorate.
Isco has fallen out of favour at the Bernabeu under manager Santiago Solari this season and was left out of the match day squad last weekend over concerns over his fitness and focus. Solari has reportedly also requested that Real bosses take disciplinary action against the forward.
Isco also refused to board the team bus ahead of Real’s Champions League defeat against Ajax last week, according to Spanish newspaper AS.
With Real planning a major clearout of players this summer after their poor season – culminating in being knocked out of the Champions League by Ajax at the last 16 stage – it looks increasingly likely that Isco will be one of the players to depart.
There will be no shortage of interest in the 26-year-old. Manchester United are looking for creative attackers, especially if misfit Alexis Sanchez moves on.
Meanwhile London rivals Spurs and Arsenal will be looking to bolster their squads in order to be able to make a sustained bid to win the Premier League title.
However, Arsenal May have to sell before they could buy a player of Isco’s value. Mesut Ozil would The the obvious name to be sold in that case, given his fractious relationship with manager Unai Emery and £350,000 per week wage packet.
